The payment by credit card on Click On French is done through the secure payment gateway of Axis Bank. It means that we don't have access to the details of your credit card.
It happens sometimes, that because of an overload of the Axis Bank payment gateway, the payment page freezes.
In that case :
* check if your bank sent you a confirmation that the payment went through.
In general you will receive immediately a SMS on your mobile. Alternatively you can check with your online banking.
If the payment is not reflected in your bank transactions, then retry the payment on the ClickOnFrench.com page

If there is a problem for the payment to be proceeded from the Axis Bank payment gateway, we will then provide you an alternative Payment Gateway we are using.
